Spa Manager

Job description:

• Oversees all aspects of the spa operation, including staffing, sales, and facilities management
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction with high level of service
• Knowledgeable of the business and ensuring that the Spa meets its targets
• Managing the various income and expenditure flows relating to the Spa operation
• Responsible for planning staff training

Required qualifications:

• Holder of a University degree or of an equivalent school
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Mandatory previous work experience of 4+ years in hotels, or as a trainer in beauty centres, or in spa chains
• EU Citizen or holder of an EU work permit
