Job Description:

  • Supervision of day-to-day tasks, restaurant events and their coordination
  • Supervision of the daily operation of the restaurant and staff training
  • Enhancement of the quality of service and guests’ satisfaction
  • Handling the weekly and monthly staff schedules

Required Qualifications:

  •  A Higher Education Diploma in a related field will be considered an additional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • 3 years’ experience as restaurant Supervisor in 4* and 5* hotels
  • EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
