Job Description:
- Supervision of day-today tasks and events of the hotel’s restaurant
- Supervision of the daily operation and staff training so as to be in compliance with the company’s operation manuals
- Supervision of the F&B costs as well as of the staff
- Enhancement of the quality of service and guests’ satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- A higher education diploma in related field will be considered an additional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in 4* of 5* hotels
- EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
