Job Description:

  • Supervision of day-today tasks and events of the hotel’s restaurant
  • Supervision of the daily operation and staff training so as to be in compliance with the company’s operation manuals
  • Supervision of the F&B costs as well as of the staff
  • Enhancement of the quality of service and guests’ satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • A higher education diploma in related field will be considered an additional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in 4* of 5* hotels
  • EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
