Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Pursue new sales opportunities and engage with potential buyers.
- Understand client needs, organize property viewings and provide property details advising on investment benefits and other enquiries.
- Negotiate with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals, coordinating with legal and construction teams to ensure smooth transaction.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
- Address any issues or complaints providing after sales client satisfaction.
- Attend property expos or networking opportunities to promote the company’s projects.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a Sales position or relevant role in Real Estate.
- Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language
- Experienced with MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
- Possess a clean driving license
