Job Description:
- Supervision, management and coordination of the HR department’s tasks
- Contacting recruitment agencies and schools
- Contacting government departments for staff recruitment in Cyprus or overseas
- Supervision of staff budget and hotel staffing
- Assessing CV’s and conducting personal interviews
- Training and induction of new staff
- Handling and solving employees’ problems
Required Qualifications:
- Recognized degree in Human Resource Management or in Business Administration or in Hospitality Sector
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Excellent use of computers
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position is necessary
- EU citizen or EU work permit holder
