Job Description:

  • Supervision, management and coordination of the HR department’s tasks
  • Contacting recruitment agencies and schools
  • Contacting government departments for staff recruitment in Cyprus or overseas
  • Supervision of staff budget and hotel staffing
  • Assessing CV’s and conducting personal interviews
  • Training and induction of new staff
  • Handling and solving employees’ problems

Required Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree in Human Resource Management or in Business Administration or in Hospitality Sector
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Excellent use of computers
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position is necessary
  • EU citizen or EU work permit holder
