Job description:

  • Guiding, monitoring and supervision of the reception
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the reception, distribution of tasks and swift handling of arrivals and departures
  • Handling guests’ complaints, informing the guests of the hotel’s services, events and tourist attractions of the Paphos region and Cyprus in general
  • Monitoring the daily operation of the reception, so as to adhere to the company’s operating manuals
  • Enhancement of the quality of service and guests’ satisfaction

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management will be considered an additional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 3 years of previous experience as a Front Office Manager
  • EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
