Job description:
- Guiding, monitoring and supervision of the reception
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the reception, distribution of tasks and swift handling of arrivals and departures
- Handling guests’ complaints, informing the guests of the hotel’s services, events and tourist attractions of the Paphos region and Cyprus in general
- Monitoring the daily operation of the reception, so as to adhere to the company’s operating manuals
- Enhancement of the quality of service and guests’ satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Higher education diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management will be considered an additional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Excellent computer skills
- 3 years of previous experience as a Front Office Manager
- EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
