Job Description:
- Organising and conducting internal training of the staff with a focus on good hygiene practice
- Detecting non-compliant products (like fresh, canned-packaged products)
- Confirmation and evaluation of effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions
- Identification of food safety hazards
- Risk assessment and determination of critical control points
- Preparation of internal inspections
- Record and present inspection reports
Required Qualifications:
- A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
- 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Excellence knowledge of computers
- EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
