Job Description:

  • Organising and conducting internal training of the staff with a focus on good hygiene practice
  • Detecting non-compliant products (like fresh, canned-packaged products)
  • Confirmation and evaluation of effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions
  • Identification of food safety hazards
  • Risk assessment and determination of critical control points
  • Preparation of internal inspections
  • Record and present inspection reports

Required Qualifications:

  • A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Excellence knowledge of computers
  • EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
