Job Description:
- Responsible for the smooth and right operation of all the bars inside the hotel
- Supervising the quality of the drinks and the standard of service, according to the standards set by the management, in order to satisfy the guests of the hotel
- Checking that the staff follows the standards of operational procedures, as set by the management
- Training staff on regular basis
- Supervising the procedures of stock taking
Required Qualifications:
- A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position
- Organizational abilities
- Ability to solve problems
