Job Description:

  • Responsible for the smooth and right operation of all the bars inside the hotel
  • Supervising the quality of the drinks and the standard of service, according to the standards set by the management, in order to satisfy the guests of the hotel
  • Checking that the staff follows the standards of operational procedures, as set by the management
  • Training staff on regular basis
  • Supervising the procedures of stock taking

Required Qualifications:

  • A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position
  • Organizational abilities
  • Ability to solve problems
