Job description:

  • Cooperation with the Entertainment Manager in implementing a variety of entertainment and leisure activities
  • Participating in planning, coordinating, and smooth execution of entertainment activities, events and programs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contributing to the management and coordination of the team members for the successful implementation of events and activities
  • Undertaking any other task assigned by the Entertainment Manager
  • Participating in the general activities of the company and adhering to the rules and current procedures of the hotel
  • Growing and maintaining an efficient collaboration with all team members.

Required qualifications:

  • Friendly, pleasant and professional personality
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in event organization or in a related position
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work professionally and constructively with teams and departments of various specialties
  • Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office applications (especially Word)
