Job description:
- Cooperation with the Entertainment Manager in implementing a variety of entertainment and leisure activities
- Participating in planning, coordinating, and smooth execution of entertainment activities, events and programs in a timely and efficient manner
- Contributing to the management and coordination of the team members for the successful implementation of events and activities
- Undertaking any other task assigned by the Entertainment Manager
- Participating in the general activities of the company and adhering to the rules and current procedures of the hotel
- Growing and maintaining an efficient collaboration with all team members.
Required qualifications:
- Friendly, pleasant and professional personality
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in event organization or in a related position
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work professionally and constructively with teams and departments of various specialties
- Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office applications (especially Word)
