Architect

Job description:

• Preparation of architectural studies for projects, including architectural drawings.
• Preparation of tender documents for the invitation of bids.
• Management of construction contracts.
• Supervision of construction sites and any other related duties assigned.

Required qualifications:

• University diploma or degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture                
• Registration as a member of ETEK in the relevant field, in accordance with the relevant legislation
• To have strong administrative and organizational skills and be of an integral and responsible character, able to take initiative and exercise good judgment
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Knowledge of the Autocad program
• Prior experience in a similar position
• EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
