Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and investors, show them property options, and turn leads into sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Company’s properties
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients after-sale.
- Address any issues or complaints raised by clients, ensuring a smooth transaction and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and emerging markets to advise clients accurately.
- Meet assigned sales targets, which are set by the organization.
- Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Continuously improve personal sales skills and knowledge about the real estate market.
- Negotiate with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals.
- Organize and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings to showcase properties.
- Understand client needs, answer inquiries, and provide property details (pricing, features, benefits).
- Attend property expos, events, or networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, prospective and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.
- Report directly to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or any other related to Sales field from an accredited Collage/University.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development position or relevant role in Real Estate.
- Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language and fluency in another language like Russian/Arabic/Hebrew/Chinese
- Experienced with MS Office.
- Strong communication and negation skills.
- Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
- A proven track record in sales of real estate market
- Possess a clean driving license
- Ability to work as part of a team.
