Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers and investors, show them property options, and turn leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Company’s properties
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients after-sale.
  • Address any issues or complaints raised by clients, ensuring a smooth transaction and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and emerging markets to advise clients accurately.
  • Meet assigned sales targets, which are set by the organization.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Continuously improve personal sales skills and knowledge about the real estate market.
  • Negotiate with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals.
  • Organize and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings to showcase properties.
  • Understand client needs, answer inquiries, and provide property details (pricing, features, benefits).
  • Attend property expos, events, or networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, prospective and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or any other related to Sales field from an accredited Collage/University.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development position or relevant role in Real Estate.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language and fluency in another language like Russian/Arabic/Hebrew/Chinese
  • Experienced with MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negation skills.
  • Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
  • A proven track record in sales of real estate market
  • Possess a clean driving license
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
